If anybody needs me I'm gonna be down in the weight room, usin' the bench press without anybody to spot me 'cause I ain't got anybody to spot me anymore.

So I guess I need somebody to lift with again. Knuckles, I guess maybe? Knuckles I guess I'm makin' you my liftin' partner now. There really isn't anybody else who could spot me and me not worry about it.

If you're okay with it I guess. And you ain't gonna leave like everybody else does dammit

Looks like I'm late to the party - I had some other stuff to contend with. But you know if you ever need a spotter, I'm down. And it sounds like a regular weight room get-together tonight so count me in. I could use the stress relief, haha!

Yeah well I need a regular spotter. So if you could help spot me, uh, now that football season is here my schedule's a little different. Uh, I guess from 7 to 8 during the week whenever you can, I can spot you, too.
