Alright whoever glued Flak's helmet to my head THIS AIN'T FUNNY.

I probably got lice or somethin' now.

The weights strapped and stuck to my arms just sorta... make everything I do into a workout. So I actually. Sorta think that's a good idea. If it's good enough for Goku, it's good enough for me. I may start just strappin' weights to my arms and legs, sorta like wristbands and ankle weights. Maybe Andy can make a set for me to wear all the time... Somethin' adjustable, with less glue.

Though weighin' in at 1,150 pounds or so sorta. Doesn't work too well for sittin' down in the cafeteria too well.

Sorry about breakin' that chair, Nancy. And the other chair.

So yeah uh. If anybody could turn these things down or get me some solvent, that'd be a good idea. I don't wanna rip my skin and hair off.

I hate this stupid helmet.

I wear weights in the wrists of my gloves and in my shoes too. 200lbs weights so that I don't accidentally run backwards through time

last time I took them off I ran back and caused the extinction of the dinosaurs by wrasslin' with thier king and winning a bit too hard.

I'm sure those big boots of yours could be kitted out with some pretty heavy gear. The arms are a little harder to work on because if the weights are too bulky they get in the way of writing and eating and stuff.

I ain't weighed Rasputin ever since he got too big for a bathroom scale, but he's definitely heavier'n I am. Not that this means much I'm like 70 pounds I don't think I could lift him.

Well it's like I'm gettin' a workout all the time. I mean I'm gonna go to bed sore like you wouldn't believe but... it's probably good in the long run if I kept doin' this all the time.
