No, no that's Slowpoke. He's a slowpoke. He's one of those pokemon guys, like Char or Blastoise or Bulba but he doesn't turn into a human. He just likes to nap. I rescued him from a pokemon jail sorta place. ((It was an aquarium, Max))

He sleeps most of the time. Sometimes he nibbles on my shoes. Most of the time he just sleeps on my old torn shirts. ((Max has a lot of those))
